Vice President Sales
First line sales management role managing all direct global sales activities of Shipcom Wireless.Must be a strong motivational leader capable of increasing revenue and maintain a highly effective sales team. Must be well versed and experienced with RFID, ADC, and Mobility Enterprise systems sales.

  • Lead, develop, educate, mentor and motivate sales team members
  • Meets with key clients, assisting sales representative with delivering sales presentations, maintaining relationships, and negotiating and closing deals
  • Qualifies leads and identifies resources for sales reps
  • Ensures signed contracts and customer P.O.s are in place
  • Work on sales transactions with the sales team
  • Global P&L responsibility for forecasting and sales team compensation
  • Business responsibility for up to $20 million in revenues.
  • Works with all levels of management up through executive level.
  • Manages approximately 15 direct reports.
  • Function as Member of the Management Team
  • Travel is required approximately 60% of the time.

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of Executive Sales Management experience.
  • Demonstrated expertise in managing consultative and software development projects
  • Proven success in the RFID, ADC and Mobility sales arena.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to persuasively articulate services offerings
  • Strong presentation skills with demonstrated ability to deliver charismatic and compelling presentations
  • Effective negotiator; able to stand up and work closely with strong personalities
  • Proven ability to lead, inspire and motivate a sales team.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent, MBA preferred.
