Wireless Invited to Speak at Annual SAP Users Group on Lessons
Learned Deploying RFID Solutions for Wal-Mart EPC Compliance
HOUSTON - April 6, 2004

that the 2004 ASUG Annual Conference has invited them to speak
on real world experiences for deploying EPC RFID compliant solutions
to SAP customers. The ASUG conference, which seeks to draw more
than 6,000 attendees comprising of executives, professionals and
SAP users from the largest companies in the world, will take place
in Atlanta, Ga., April 18-21.

Learning about real life experiences for RFID
Shipcom Wireless, with Victor Garcia of Hewlett Packard,
will lead discussions on process improvements, automated goods
flow, total cost of ownership and achieving ROI due to proper
implementation of RFID in SAP R/3 environments. Topics covered
will be customer specific projects including: reading tags on
cases/pallets, products being moved from production line to shrink
wrapped stations through portal scanners, and from goods through
conveyor scanners to shelf readers including validation reporting.
