Senior Sales Executives
This person will be directly responsible for driving revenue through direct customers and/or partners. He will report directly to the Vice President Sales and will be tasked with annual revenue goals by providing consistent, high quality, solutions to prospects and partners. Location: East Coast, West Coast and Mid West
Job duties: Responsible for identifying, managing, and closing business related to company's RFID (radio frequency identification) and mobility applications.
- creating territory strategy;
- developing and managing client relationships;
- assume a leadership role within assigned accounts
- strive to grow each sale into a strong account reference;
- support marketing events;
- provide accurate and timely updates to all customer, pipeline, and forecast reports;
- develop an Individual Business Plan and review on a continual basis with the VP Sales;
- establish trusted advisor relationships with executives across divisional areas in each account
- coordinating team sales efforts;
- proactively build successful relationships with partners
- analyze systems and application requirements for prospective customers and create proposed solutions;
- create and deliver presentations of customer-tailored product;
- continuously gather knowledge of competitors and how to effectively position company's solutions against them
- respond to RFIs and RFPs;
Minimum education, training and experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering or related field
- 5+ years of direct experience selling enterprise software applications or ERP systems at the executive level preferable in the area of Supply Chain Management
- Experience in a lead sales role for a team selling environment
- Previous success in handling large accounts in a fast-paced, consultative and competitive sales cycle.
- Excellent oral and written communications skills
- Exceptional presentation and communications skills
- Knowledge of RFID, Barcodes and UCC standards is desirable
