Company Integrates Operational Expertise with Leading Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) Technology to Help Customers Meet Compliance Mandates

REDWOOD CITY, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--March 3, 2005-- Menlo Worldwide Inc., a subsidiary of CNF Inc. (NYSE:CNF - News) announced today that it has developed two new low-cost RFID compliance solutions for its customers: Tag & Ship, and Tag & Ship Plus. These versatile packages combine Menlo's supply chain and operational expertise with leading RFID technology to enable customers to attain compliance with the RFID supply chain mandates set forth by many large retailers. Menlo's solutions include all of the necessary software, RFID hardware, and service necessary to help customers put together a completely RFID-compliant operation.

Tag & Ship Plus provides RFID shipping portals for final tag verification during the shipping process. The additional reporting feature that comes with Tag & Ship Plus allows customers to produce various reports to improve overall compliance performance and tracking.
