Once the RFID or Mobile Application has been configured, integration
tested and optimized in the development environment our Deployment
staff will assist you to deploy the application to your Production
Environment and Go-live, including “super-User” training. At this
time we hand-over the application to our Operations Support department
and our Help-desk is available to assist you to resolve any issue
that may occur. |
