Abeezar S. Tyebji
Chief Executive Officer
Abeezar Tyebji founded Shipcom in 1997 and has built Shipcom into a leading provider of RFID and enterprise mobility software solutions. He is an expert in the field of Radio Frequency Data Collection integration into ERP systems. Prior to founding Shipcom, Mr. Tyebji was an executive at Intermec/Unova.
Mr. Tyebji personally led the charge during BP oil spill to help Adm. Allen’s team to identify and manage the assets involved in the clean-up response based on RFID and GPS tracking technologies involving Shipcom’s Catamaran Platform. He is responsible for evangelizing and developing Federal Healthcare and Logistics businesses both in United States and Internationally.
Currently he is on the Executive Board of the South Asian Chamber of Commerce and is a founding Charter Member of The Indus Entrepreneurs (TiE), an organization founded in Silicon Valley of prominent information Technology entrepreneurs and corporate executives. Mr. Tyebji was recognized by Inc. Magazine as an emerging entrepreneur in 1999. Mr. Tyebji holds an MBA in international business and BS and MS degrees in Industrial Science, all from the University of Houston.
Mustafa M. Tyebbhoy
Executive Vice President
Mustafa Tyebbhoy joined the Company in 1999 and has played several roles from leading sales to heading the Professional Services, R&D and Product Development organizations. Mr. Tyebbhoy is currently responsible for the Sales for both USA and International businesses. Mr. Tyebbhoy brings over 27 years of IT experience with the last 13 years in Mobile Computing, RFID and RTLS technologies.
Prior to joining Shipcom, he led a sales team at Jeraisy Computer and Communications Services, the largest systems integrator in Saudi Arabia with revenues exceeding $1 billion. Prior to Jeraisy, Mr. Tyebbhoy was with HCL, India.
Executive Vice President
Reddy Cherukupally joined Shipcom in April 2014. He comes with 25 years of experience in Program/Operations Management, Information Technology, and Engineering. In the role of Executive Vice President, Mr. Cherukupally is responsible for Operations to support the growth for Shipcom.
Prior to joining Shipcom, Mr. Cherukupally served in many different leadership roles during his 17 year tenure with Jacobs Engineering, most recently as VP of Enterprise Application Services & Shared Services. During this time, he was selected as a “Ones to Watch” honoree by the CIO magazine. Prior to Jacobs, Mr. Cherukupally spent 8 years managing several AFCEE programs at both Tinker and Bergstrom Air Force Bases.
Mr. Cherukupally holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Osmania University and a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering from University of Houston.
